Just my save where i spent hours building these settlements rather than playing the game :P Its nothing amazing just thought i'd share it with the community :) Also both Piper and Cait have been romanced. Too much charisma x) ENJOY! comment if you want me to build more and or improve on this one :)

P.S. I use ENBoost and Shadowboost to get 40~35fps in sanctuary. As it exceeds the maximum
item limit by ALOT and my PC isn't that good. It might lag for low end machines.
