This mod is only a texture replacement for DoktorSoviet's Minutemen Combat Armor - Standalone. It takes the vanilla combat armor palette (the one made blue by DoktorSoviet's mod) and makes the blue more vibrant.
Installation:
1. Install DoktorSoviet's Minutemen Combat Armor - Standalone
2. Drag this zip folder into a modmanager and enable it or just drag the Data folder into your Fallout 4 directory.The game should use this mod's texture over DoktorSoviet's original while still keeping his Minutemen symbol.
