Simple mod here, mostly just as an experiment using FO4Edit. This mod allows you to attach the Ballistic Weave mod from the Railroad story to Road Leathers. It also changes the DR of Road Leathers from the default 2 to 0 so as to be consistent with the other things you can use Ballistic Weave with. The name will also change to Armored Road Leathers when you add Ballistic Weave to it.
