"Making Dirty Harry look like a punk."
This mod adds the Desert Eagle, an absurdly high caliber pistol famous more for pop culture than real world use.
This was a little challenge to see what I could do in a couple of days, I think it worked out pretty well but it's not quite as customisable as some of my other mods.
Features:
- 3 uniques:
- 'Yuri' located on a table at Gorski Cabin.
- 'Night Hawk' located just inside the Boston Mayoral Shelter.
- 'Opposing Force' located at the Railroad HQ (turning the railroad into Doc Mitchell's one mod at a time)

- Reticle customisation, every reflex sight has 5 different ones each same as my other mods.
- Support for Scrivener's Scope Overlay Framework with a custom scope overlay for the Accupower.
- New Ammo Type (.50 Action Express) Crafted at a chemlab in the same section where you can craft the weapon.

Fallout 4 Version 1.10.162 or Higher
Due to recent changes in the latest updates to Fallout 4 and the Creation Kit that were done to expand the number of forms plugins can have means this mod and a majority of mods to release from now will not work in any version prior to 1.10.162, if you find your game crashing or
the mod just 'not appearing' after installation then it is likely you are not running this version of the game and you will have to update.
I also recommend using an ENB that replaces the vanilla bloom as it may over bloom the reticles in a way none of the ENBs used during testing do. I personally use Seasons of the Abyss and some colour tweaks in reshade.

- How can I get the weapon?
There are 4 ways of getting the weapon: - Crafting at a Chem Lab
- Looting off the occasional gunner or in gun vendors.
- Finding one of the uniques mentioned above.
- Console commands ("help Desert 4 WEAP" will give you the correct ID) or In-Game ESP Explorer
- Why use a new ammo type?
Mainly for balance and stylistic purposes. Having the high damage offset by high recoil and ammo scarcity (can only be crafted) makes people going for a proper playthrough have to pick and choose when to use this pistol. Of course if you don't care about that you can craft 280 rounds for free at a chem lab or use console commands.
- Patch for Horizon or other overhaul mods?
I won't be doing any patches for other mods, anyone is welcome to make and release their own as long as it's esp only.

- Why have levelled lists for this one?
Because the Desert Eagle actually appeared in Fallout 1 and 2 and is a bit older than my other recent mods.
