Change the Idiot Savant drumroll and laugh to a much more low profile yet still funny experience. I've replaced the drumroll with a Matrix style slow motion sound effect for some awesome moments when the perk procs ( especially in VATS ). I have also changed the laugh to Dave Chappelle's famous " Gotcha Bitch " quote. Simple, clean. Watch Video!
