A simple, but lived in Sanctuary Hills. A lore friendly well defended little town surrounded by walls, slowly growing into a big community!

My first ever built settlement and also my main one!
I still play with my FIRST character ever since the game came out, so the town slowly built up during the years (inspired by many zombie films and series). It has some beginner and some well thought out parts. I wanted to make a little realistic, well rounded little town that's slowly developping into a big city. Currently it's made for 25 people, but it still has some empty houses that you can furnish yourself. Defended by walls and turrets all around the perimeter (I know that enemies can teleport inside, but a little role playing can't hurt anyone), so settlers can feel safe at home. ;)
I've never relocated my "Base" so everything you'll ever need (crafting stations, bar, surgery center) is included!
The Sanctuary Sentinels are well equipped and ready to fight for their loved ones so bring it on wasteland! :D
