Makes map roads and textures more visible, add in the regions from the "Survival Guide" hard-cover book.

A standalone PipBoy map. Replaces the muddy default map with a higher contrast version, clearly showing roads, topography, as well as adding in the regions from the Survival Guide hard-cover book. The region numbers are the same as in the Guide. If you don't have the guide, in the lower right corner are the names of the different regions.
