Updated for NextGen. Recompiled the scripts and repacked into a new ba2 archive.
Something is owned and you're traveling with a companion who hates-hates-hates theft.
You've killed off everyone in Covenant and their stuff is still owned.
You're in Bunker Hill/Diamond City/Goodneighbor and want to take something without aggroing the entire town.
Clear Ownership - now you can 'steal' with impunity.
Doesn't work with:
* Power Armor (there's too many mods which add alternate activations to Power Armor, this would break them all - so not available, sorry)

Q: Your mod broke my game!
A: Uninstall this mod and revert to an earlier save.
Q: Will you make one which clears Power Armor?
A: No. I haven't been able to figure a way which won't break every other mod that adds alternate activations to Power Armor.
Q: It's interfering with X mod?
A: You can craft a holotape which allows you to temporarily turn off the perk if you run across an issue with another mod.
