This is a TechDemo for my upcoming mod "Vault 44" (a school project) This Experience will be based on the Novel "The Island of Dr Moreau" By H. G. Wells. It includes a new Vault located on the Spectacle Island, an exclusive new quest, loot and speaking creatures.
