The real life Lynn Woods Reservation (founded 1881) is a 2,200-acre (8.9 km²) municipal forest park located in Lynn, Essex County, Massachusetts, located in the same general vicinity as it appears in the game. There is a tower at the highest point there, just as in the game, called simply Stone Tower, and was built in 1936 by the Works Progress Administration (WPA) as a fire observation tower.

As my first solo mod for Fallout 4, Lynn Woods Settlement is pretty straightforward - new full workshop settlement at the vanilla Lynn Woods location. I noticed there weren't many mods involving this location despite the fact that it's a failed farming settlement, so figured I'd crank one out. Build area's kept rather small, for water you'll have to build pumps since there's not a nearby source, but extends well above the top of the Stone Tower. Workbench is located there, so to access it you'll have to fight the raiders who spawn. Hit the siren switch if you dare, it does spawn two deathclaws. With a scrap everything mod, you should be able to clean this place up no problem. That said, sometimes it can be weird with modded settlements so I added a Scrap-O-Matic trashcan next to the workbench, courtesy of LivelyNightmare's This Is Trash, simply scrap this to scrap trash, stains, brambles etc. in one fell swoop.
