Have you ever wanted a home at Goodneighbor? Well tough luck! The last free apartment has been bought years ago! Though, nobody has heard about that guy since then, maybe someone should check on them... Description Adds a simple 4-story 3x2 player home at Goodneighbor. It's located left of the Third Rail entrace, next to the white brick warehouse.
Features
Precombines left intact. The main reasons I made this mod was because most other Goodneighbor home mods broke Goodneighbor precombines.
Extended building options. Build walls if you want to, I'm not restricting that.
Player-home only, not a settlement. This will NOT gain a Workshop ID. This means, no supply lines, but should be safe to remove (as safe as removing any normal mod is)
Comes with cooking, weapon and armor workbenches, 100 power, and 4 wall outlets to connect stuff to. Unfortunately due to engine limitations, these outlets do not radiate power, you have to connect something to them first.
Has an "All Trash" object next to the workbench. Scrap it to remove all trash. To scrap the skeleton at the top floor, scrap the ladder next to it.
ESL file format
Compatibility Should be compatible with pretty much everything. Will be incompatible with anything which affects that trashed building next to the white-brick warehouse. When in doubt, put this mod as far up in your load order as you can. Shouldn't do it any harm if it loses conflicts.
