About this mod
A buff to the perk "inspirational", in order to make the companions have a similar potential as you, without being overpowered (Carry weight, damage and resistance wise).

Changes:
Inspirational rank 1 -
Because you lead by example, your companion does 115%(instead of 20% in vanilla, equivalent to rank 5 weapon perk+ bloody mess rank 3) more damage in combat, and cannot hurt you.
Inspirational rank 2 -
Your companion gains +50 damage and energy resistance in combat(instead of 20 in vanilla), and can't be harmed by your attacks.
Inspirational rank 3-
Your companion can carry more items. Increases carry weight of your companion by 100 pounds(instead of 25 more in vanilla).
I recommend to use all four mods for best balancing results. All safe to uninstall.
