Changes the level up sound effect to Nux screaming "witness me bloodbag, witness!"

Usage Instructions
------------------------------
1 - Extract the contents of this packaged file to your Fallout 4 Data folder.
...\steamapps\common\Fallout4\Data
2 - Change the Fallout4.ini located in ...\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 to load loose files.
Find the line:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\
Add TEXTURES\ to the abovementioned so it looks something like this:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, SOUND\
To use mods which modify other files such as textures and meshes, simply add references to each like so:
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, MESHES\, ... and so on.
3 - Play the game!
