About this mod
A very simple start-up blueprint, using only one mod.

Version 1.0 is the old file sporting the original Sanctuary terrain. Version 2.0 levels the terrain quite a bit. But it also requires you to install an extra mod.
Vresion 1.0 takes up slot no 2 while Version 2.0 takes up slot no 12. Slot numbers can easily be changed by unpacking and renumbering the folder.
Version 2.0 is basically a whole new mod. So take note please:
You must install Sanctuary Lite before using the blueprint.
I've added Jenncave's original readme at the end of this description. Be sure to read it.
I recommend looting the corpse and dog by the bridge before installing Sanctuary Lite. They were gone when I got there.
But you can talk to Codsworth before or after levelling the terrain. It works either way.
What you get, is enough of everything to satisfy Sturges. That’s it.
The houses are empty, except for those I put beds in. Containers for your personal stuff – and a water cooler in your house in case you get thirsty. I moved the PA stand to your house and put everything else in the house opposite.
How to do it:
Download and activate using a mod manager – or manually if you like.
If you do the manual approach, unpack the file and drop it in your data folder. The blueprint takes up slot no.2.
But you can easily change that to whatever you like if you install manually.
Version 1.0 only:
Using your favorite scrapping too scrap the houses – INCLUDING the foundations. And whatever else you feel like scrapping. Load the blueprint according to the mods instructions.
Required:

Easy homebuilder and working double beds (Rebuild your Sanctuary)

Jenncave's original readme for "Sanctuary Lite":
"It has the same supply container and workshop border which includes the entire island of Sanctuary. The bridges were replaced
with prewar editions. The road is clean and the ground is more level
than vanilla. Decorative food plants added to cul de sac and linked to
workbench. The three crop plants are still in same location. The
crafting stations were moved to the road for lack of a better place to
put them. The workbench is in the vanilla location so you will want some
sort of way to move it to your desired location. I recommend Place
Everywhere or you can console command it around. The SPECIAL book and
Grognak mag are on it and the scrap supplies are in an ammo box on top
of workbench. Codsworth still has his three plants. The root cellar is
still there but the door has been moved underneath a nearby tree
outcropping. Navmeshing has been completely redone to account for the
missing houses so npcs can walk anywhere. NO deleted navmeshes. The
bloatflies are still there to keep Codsworth's quest intact. But the
radroaches are gone. I left the sign but there is a scrap recipe for it.
Sanctuary is empty and ready for you to build. Be advised that some mods that
depend on items being left in Sanctuary may have visual issues like
items floating in mid air if that mod is depending on a foundation or
something being there. Other than that it should work well with any
other mod."
