This mod adds a fully working player settlement to the Cliff's Edge Hotel in Far Harbor. I rebuilt precombines for good measure, details below. Nothing else has been done. The mod was cleaned with FO4edit.
Perfect for a supplemental mod to go with Vault 118. Enjoy.
The new Precombines I made for this area will conflict with anything that alters the Visitor Center. So you have to make a choice which you will use, but if you download this mod, you've made your choice.
If you want to make a patch for your favorite mods please feel free. I don't use anything but my own settlement mods, so I will not be making any patches myself, sorry.
(The FPS drop was too drastic without the new precombines, and not being able to know what mods a user will have installed, I made them with only this mod installed)
