Adds a copy of that Lorenzo character to Cabot House as a companion.

Adds a copy of that Lorenzo character to Cabot House as a companion. He is equipped with a modified, unplayable, version of his outfit and is supposed to be equipped with a lorenzo's artifact gamma gun. But he doesn't always use it.
He is a completely new NPC. So even if you haven't freed Lorenzo yet, or even if you have killed him, he'll still be there. Sitting around the living room, in Cabot House.
As boring as I found a lot of the characters in the main quest of Fallout 4 I found that some of the side quests had some pretty neat characters. I found that Lorenzo fellow to be interesting with his smart eye for fashion and psyker abilities. It seemed like a bit of a missed opportunity to not have him be a companion. Then I checked the nexus and saw that no one had fixed this issue. This is like the second NPC that should have been made a companion. Probably a flamingo should have been first.
I just don't understand it. It's been five years, why has no one else made this yet?
Known Issues:
*supposed to be equipped with a lorenzo's artifact gamma gun. But he doesn't always use it.
*he randomly uses his "blast" ability and it knocks backs everyone. Allies included.
If there is something wrong with it let me know. There weren't any tutorials about uploading mods.
