My player Start is a normal game, having killed all the mirelurks and the queen mirelurk and scrapped almost all the trees. It's my save game but people are free to fiddle with it and even change the name of it. I will download one with settlers very soon though.

Basically you start off as my character Tensai, having ownership of the entire island and on his way to begin and fix it over time. There's 3 Junkyard dogs who add 15 in defense of this settlement and a workshop brahmin eating in it's pen. Lookout however for it's counterparts the attack dogs and a very nasty scavenger lurking nearby somewhere on the island.
