Pretty much similar to Nora (Weak 02) except this version has nine settlers and different beds. Also i somehow was capable of pacifying Penny Fitzgerald as well as fixing her merchant dialogue though she will still keep saying "enjoy your stay" until working hours come by.
You just have to upload this and Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints if you want to experience extra boostable living by other people's blueprints.

This version has it's own settlers as well as optionally having the human error quest as optional due to having killed honest dan and Mayor Jacob Orden. I also killed most of the original settlers except Penny Fitzgerald and Dr. Patricia Montgomery. The only need for this settlement is food,water and possibly new Automated turrets for providing defense. Luckily I will now put 12 useful mods to get over those matters and some few extra as optional ones, just look out for the numbers that i put on the required list for defense and food.
