Rebalances the Horse Power Armor from the Creation Club to be more "scaled", realistic and not OP, taking into consideration the stats of other power armors in game.

With this mod the Horse Power Armor will be more similar in terms of stats to a T-45 instead of an X-01.
So for example, a fully upgraded Horse Power Armor will be A LITTLE BIT weaker than a fully upgraded T-45, since I made the torso to be the same stats as the T-45 but with less health, and the other parts have the same health (because otherwise it would be way too low on HP) but the energy resistance is slightly lower.
I made this so the speed of the Horse Power Armor compensates for these slightly lower stats.
Of all the things Bethesda made with the CC, a Raider-made Horse Power Armor better than a T-60, T-51 and WAY better than a T-45 is one of the weirdest decisions of all.
Needs the Horse Power Armor from the Creation Club of course.
