The broken monorail becomes your personnel cocoon; the best place to rest when roleplaying as a lone mercenary.

You can no longer access the monorail from the scaffolding at Haymarket Mall, and must use the elevator at the Garden terrace.
It contains:
a bed
armor/weapon/chem workbenches
a cooking station
a power armor station
a little bit of loot, but nothing too fancy
