Fixes the navigation mesh in Jamaica Plain to allow NPCs to use the stairs in front of the Workshop building. An alternate version is also included that allows NPCs to path in the middle of Jamaica Plain instead of around it.

Changelogs
Version 1.0
Initial release.
This mod is unnecessary if you are already using the UFO4P mod version 2.1.3 onwards. I'll leave this fix up for people who don't/can't use it.
This mod adds a missing navmesh plane in front of the stairs in Jamaica Plain that prevented NPCs from pathing up and down the stairs. NPCs can now actually use the stairs when using this fix!
The extra fix version changes some of the navmesh in Jamaica Plain to enable preferred pathing them. This will coax the NPCs to walk through Jamaica Plain instead of around it, when pathing across the settlement. Navmesh was also added in the small bushy area between the carpark and the house. NPCs wouldn't walk there by themselves as there's nothing there but they can if they need to now.
Note: If you want to use this mid-playthough, I'd recommend leaving Jamaica Plain and enter an Interior Cell or fast-travel far away first before using this mod!
Note 2: If you are already using the Jamaica Plain Pathfinding Fix mod, it essentially does the same thing, so you can skip using this mod.
