Adds a new material for the jumpsuit from Capital Wasteland Outfits based on the one Raul wears in New Vegas.
To get the outfit, pick up a jumpsuit and bring it to an armor workbench. From there you can change it's material.
To get the armored variant, you need cheats. The armored variant needs textures from the classic vault armors.
