Allows male characters to use hairstyles from the Commonwealth Cuts mod that are normally only available to female characters.

After looking around for some hairstyles that give male characters long hair I was disappointed to see that there was pretty much nothing, and I decided to see if I could make the hair styles from Commonwealth Cuts usable on both male and female genders.
This is my first ever mod/patch, so I apologize if I missed anything.
To be clear, this does not add more hairstyles, it simply sets most (if not all) of the female hairstyles in Commonwealth Cuts to Unisex, thereby making them usable on male and female characters.
