Everyone's favorite(?) Ragin' Cajun comes to the Commonwealth, or at least his weapons. I'll admit, I don't know that much about Monsieur Lebeau. But I have watched a LOT of X-Men cartoons, so I know what his powers are!
Remy can charge his staff or any thrown object with "Kinetic Energy" meaning when it hits something, it goes boom.
The Staff and the Thrown Weapon are in the back corner to your right when you enter the Sanctuary Root Cellar.
The Staff deals energy damage as well as physical, and has tailored vanilla sounds and impact data to at least sort of sound and look like some energy is being transferred (see the video).
The Thrown Weapon just looks like a hunk of metal, both on the ground and in your hand, but it's so much more. It shares an inventory with the Junk Jet. Instead of a big, clunky machine, you just throw the stuff (again, see video). Remy throws the junk with a little jazz on it though... the projectiles explode for 15 points of damage each and set targets on fire.
