A new ARD settlement that is located at Bedford Station this site was left as is nothing was removed. Its build borders go from the train engine to the turned over flat car and from the freeway to the other side of the buildings a bit. Must clear area before taking over the workshop, workshop located next to the dock.

This new settlements build area covers from the train engine all the way to the flat car on its side to the north of the bedford building. Then from the freeway to just the other side of the buildings. Nothing was removed the settlement was left as is and you must clear the area first before taking the workshop. This yard is the Northern most depot on the ARD line for the UWF an is a major stopping point before heading north. Workshop located near the dock up against the building by front door.
