You will meet Harvey before the launch of the Nuka-World add-on, but he dies as soon as you walked to him. This is not a fix for the problem but rather a hack. The issue was reported to the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch project in 2019, but they were unable to reproduce the bug and the issue was closed. In my case, the only matches with what is in the report is F4SE, UFO4P, MCM. After the first encounter, you can remove the mod. I hope the hack was helpful.

Хак для обхода смерти Харви из Nuka-World при первой встрече. По приезду в парк мод можно удалить. Надеюсь хак был полезен. Также этот баг можно обойти без хака, если держатся на расстоянии от Харви. Он умирает из-за того что мы подошли слишком близко. Виноват мод Tesla Cannon Creation Club.
