A small addition to allow all previously un-weaveable hats to be modified with ballistic weave.

Sick of being stuck with a Trilby because the sweet Bowler can't have ballistic weave? Fret no longer. This mod simply allows ALL Commonwealth hats the ability to be modified with Ballistic Weave.

This mod does NOT add any actual armor, or other stats to any hat - It only lets you add the ballistic weave mod. You MUST have the Ballistic Weave (Railroad) unlocked in order to benefit from this.
To unlock Ballistic Weave via console, use the following command: 'set RailroadClothingArmorModAvailable to 1'
