This is an attempt to emulate features from PRC-X Lite Legacy for ENB and make it even lighter for Reshade and Vulkan.
With Reshade being more Vulkan friendly this should be a solution for people who use Reshade and Fallout 4 Vulkan
There are features from the lite edition that I left out in order to keep the preset even lighter. It has more sharpening options including AMD's FidelityFX CAS so certain areas will be sharper. I left out HDR lighting options as it usually just tanks performance on lower end systems.
TLDR version Its makes the Commonwealth have a dusty brighter Fallout New Vegas type look.
Steps Download Reshade from reshade.me( Reshade now included in version 1.2) Make sure when u install to chose the Vulkan api The only package you need to download when it asks you is the standard shaders. Then finally move over my mod Press HOME key to bring up the preset "VulkanReshade.ini" Be sure to check "performance mode"
