Trashcan Carla is the ofttimes encountered trader in Sanctuary. I've never been a fan of her looks so I decided to craft a new one. I don't recall using mods for her so she should come out as in the screenshots. Since this is my first mod, and I've only started dabbing into this not so long ago, I provide here the simple method I use, and for this you only need Looks Menu by Expired6978. A mod I'm sure plenty of you already have.
Simply drop the .json file in Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets
To use, simply walk up to Trashcan Carla, open console and type: SLM 000DC939
Then, from the presets option, scroll down to Trashcan Carla and select it.
That's it.
