UPDATED 05/29/2022 Build Your Own Pool was used for the fountain/water area, the mod has a requirement for use, there is a magazine that unlocks its contents inside the control booth, directly outside Vault 111.
A 100% complete remodel of my original settlement, while the building placements remain the same, I rebuilt them all to redesign them, It's fully decorated, each home, each room as well as water, power and food included, I role played this a bit as you can tell, the large central structure is the Obsidian Hotel, converted into a permanent residence by the inhabitants and includes a communal laundry room, the elevated house off near the double security gate is a player home, extra special decorations in there to make it feel homey, the house next to the greenhouse is for the greenhouse caretakers, I scrapped every single thing within the boundary, this is built from the ground up with no original content left. I used an expansion mod to build outside the boundary as well which is listed below.
