Sun Coast Resort Settlement - Genesis blueprint
DISCRIPTION DISCRIPTION
Currently there are 5 (FIVE) different workshops / settlements to locate across the island.
Want to build a shack in a rat-infested swamp? Got you covered. How about a vacation cabin overlooking the falls?
Look for the map marker bottom right, fast-travel.
There are only three choices when you arrive at Raintree Island, right, left or straight ahead. I recommend
cuttin' a path right through the heart of this slugfest, but whatever you do, don't come alone. ;)

Faded Glory - A Post-Apocalyptic Soundscape
Download and install Faded Glory first.
Compatibility: This mod edits a northern commonwealth border cell where I placed
an invisible door for settlers. All else is standalone. Raintree Island is a new worldspace.
* Special thanks to Bethesda for Fallout 4 and the CK.
