Not sure if this was already in the game, and I didn't see any FormIDs for it, so I just went ahead and made it anyway.
Makes the Perk Chart poster from the main menu craftable at the workshop.

It is craft-able at your settlement workshop under the category Decorations > Wall Decorations > Signs
-- COMPATIBILITY --
- Works with everything! It's a custom nif and uses the vanilla perkchart textures, so yeah....
