Based on one of my favorite Player Homes for my YouTube Channel (Graygarden | Inspired By Frank Lloyd Wright) This is a great little Player Home for people that just want to chill out alone and don't want to listen to settlers complain all the time. All handcrafted, just for you.. well for me.. BUT MOSTLY YOU! (I built this to upload it.)

The Lore here is Dr. Edward Gray had become friends with Frank Lloyd Wright (at some point) and had him design an Overseer's Office / Apartment for Dr. Gray that was never built do to him opting for the "Self Sustaining Garden" and instead having his Homestead built adjacent to The Garden. The sketches would be discovered by "The Player Character" in the Homestead's Basement and built forthwith. (Of course modified for security and to make it feel Fallouty.. IT"S A WORD! xD This PH should be sufficient for any playstyle. (Standard, Hardcore etc)
AS A SIDE NOTE: FLW (Frank Lloyd Wright) was fond of designing homes for friends. He designed several offices and Business Parks throughout the U.S. that are still in use TODAY! He was a very fascinating character and is MY FAVORITE Architect in Real Life!
The Overseer's Loft Includes: 1 Bed, 3 ARTISON CRAFTING STATIONS, a large kitchen with working sink and 2 Turrets (16 Def*). OH.. and TONS of storage space, perfect for all your precious salvage and kit. The views are spectacular. I also highly recommend having a "Darker Nights" mod installed, I use True Storms! #COZY
Make sure you walk or FLY around and look for all of the custom storage and all the little Easter Eggs. As Piper would say "What's the angle here!?" The windows Piper, THE WINDOWS ARE ANGLED HERE! xD
**Also, In my original build, I built a set of Pylon Wrapping Stairs I called "The Helix Steps of Graygarden" they were cool for my tour but from a playability perspective would become obtuse or frustrating to traverse in Hard Core Mode. I rebuilt them again here but reconsidered do to other peoples playstyles <3. However, I did place a Fast Travel Mat at the top of the ladder (JaL) in This Build! There is a "Custom Bobblehead Display", that could be better but it's sufficiently scrappy. BTW, DID I MENTION THE VIEWS?! lol
