Hey  all!

Another vanilla  overhaul...

This  time i  went and "destroyed" Oberland station..
Ill be honest...before i  started  to  mod i  wanted to  do  something  different  to  this  place  but terrain wouldnt  allow  it...
Now  that  i  can  edit  the  terrain  to  suit  my  ideas...i  went  ahead  and  did  it... :P

Why be stuck with  that  tiny  piece of  land  when  you  can expand  all the  way  down to the  water...?
Dont want  to ruin the  train track ?...no  problem...we  can  go  UNDER it  to get there...

I  didnt  go  overboard with  the  building  due  to  the  location being a  quiet farm type...so  i  stuck  to  wood...Except the switch tower  that  all ways  peed me  off  looking  all  shabby  and  a  building  you  cant  fix  up...
So  i deleted  the  sucker  and  built  my  own  :P
There are3 buildings  that  i  screwed  up  with  though...Not  that  they  arent good  looking...Its  that  these  buildings  are  from The covenant  and  i  didnt  notice  till  it  was  too late  that  the windows are  fake and cant be edited so  i  adjusted the navmesh to allow removing  of  those  buildings if  you  dont  want  them..(look at them as place holders)..

Ok time for the list...

a) 7 buildings (homes) plus  a few other  things  that  can  be  used  to  house  settlers ( like  a boat,an RV and one of the guard  towers..)
b) water purifier  that draws from a spring  and  you  only  have  to  connect  power  to  from  the connector/gen next  to  it..
c) plenty of turrets all  ready setup and  power close by...
d)4 guard positions that  have  markers (marker is a plank of wood so  it  doesnt look out of place)..One on the  train track tower,one on the back entrance tower and   2 on the main building on the fire escapes  front and rear.
e) power all most  everywhere  you  need  it...(connector/gens marked with a high voltage sign)
f) plenty of Flora in the garden and room for much  more...
g) a couple of  animation markers (fish feeding and weighing) that  catch  wandering  settlers  and  add  happiness...
One  of  the  houses i  made  for  a player home  ,its big  and sees  the  waterfront from the  balcony...

Thats  it  for now...

Oh !! allmost  forgot...
The workshop has been moved  to  the  main building  inside a  little room.. BUT...depending  on  your  save...it  might  still  show  up  outside.
Again i  recommend A workbench mover mod  to  put  it  where  it  belongs... 
Or use the  console  to  move  it  via  modpos  commands
