A silent radio station that blocks out all background music but allows you to take in the ambient sounds going on around you.

Inspired by a mod that has since been taken down, Radio Silence.
Essentially all the mod is a radio station playing a 'blank' audio file and thus turns off all the background and combat music. So if you just want to enjoy the sounds of other ambient mods you have, you can without having to listen to music all the time. Really this is just a simple (but my first mod) radio mod that took me like an hour or two to do. It was for personal use but I thought I would share in case someone else has been looking for such a way to turn off the music without having to turn it down permanently in the settings.
Like I said this is my first mod so I don't really have much experience with running compatibility testing and such. It works with any of the vanilla stations but if it doesn't show up with other modded stations, it is probably using the same frequency. I'll do my best to help but I don't think there should be any problems with it.
ALSO, it can be turned into an ESL or marked as a Light plugin with no issues. So do that and it won't take up any space in your load order either!! Enjoy!!!!!
