About this mod

Just a settlement built on a wonderful island off the coast.

Permissions and credits
This is a save file of a city-like settlement I have built. It's actually built off of the same save file as the skyscraper mod. I absolutely loved that mod and the idea of an oasis-like tower in the midst of a ruined world. I highly recommend taking a look at skippy0330's because it is a fantastic settlement. You will need several dozen mods to go with my save file, which I will link at the end. I take absolutely no credit for any of the mods used, I simply just constructed settlements out of several dozen mods to make an absolutely fantastic settlement. There are points in the mod that are not perfect, specifically doors and the walls used with the doors but its the best that I could do. I havent built any radio beacon, or created any crops or water generators yet, I'll let you do the farming and the settler part. Feel free to take this city and make it into something your own, build on it and make it better and possibly put your save out here for others to use as well.
