If you use a handheld Pip-Boy replacer mod, you'll notice that if you play Project Mojave and get the NCR Ranger combat armor, the first thing you'll notice is a missing sleeve as the armor was made for using the vanilla Pip-Boy.
This mod will fix that by replacing the first person meshes.
