Turns feral ghouls, normal ones, into Telleubbies.
Few months ago friend tagged me in a meme an then this happened. Not proud but still laughed lol. I kept forgetting to upload it so here it is.
This is a quick and dirty mod. Well the plugin isn't dirty. I didn't spend to much time on this. I made the models in Blender, extra creepy without textures, and all textures made in GIMP2.
Excuse the bad images.
For the most part simple mod. Everything is stand alone except the audio files. They replace some of the feral ghoul files. So when you uninstall make sure these are deleted as well. Otherwise ghouls are 100 times more creepy.

This will conflict with anything that changes ghouls. Only meant as a joke mod.
