I’ve always played with DrAbsinth's: Medford.M Working Helipad. I added on to their vision with a touch of my own. New observation deck, working loading dock lift, interior door redesign, navmesh, and previsibines.
If you would like to use the door to access the loading dock from the inside of the hospital, you will need to ask the current occupants for a key. I'm sure they will oblige.
