not necessary, but will look odd next to other vault suits without it

Raider Overhaul has been in my list since I first started out modding, and I can't see it going anywhere. You can grab the Tribal Jumpsuit off of Jared at Corvega toward the start of the game, and I always like using it, but it's small textures look a bit drab next to all the 4k mod shit I've crammed into my game. Using ScottyX2's "Another Vault Suit Re-Texture 4K" as a base I repainted all of the markings and dirtied it up so I can smash skulls in style. Made for my personal use, but I figured someone else may love the suit as much as I do. This is just a texture/material replacer, and should work with whichever version of RO you use.
Huge thanks to ScottyX2 for releasing the Vault Suit Texture, and to everyone who worked on Raider Overhaul. I'm just the monkey who smashed them together.
