Author notes
I have permission from Konami to use their content. While they claim they have no problems with usage of their music for non-commercial purposes, it's best for everyone to reach out to them for such permission before making anything. Just in case.

Mod changes vanilla scores to MGS1, MGS2 and MGS3 scores with strong focus on MGS 1998.
Main menu, exploration, combat, in-doors, Diamond City, Sanctuary - now all with MGS feel.
Some a few-seconds-length scores have been untouched as they don't break the immersion - for me at least.
Music List: - MGS VR Missions Main Menu Theme (changed to MGS2 Main Menu Theme in ver. 1.1) - MGS2 Big Shell - Discovery - Intruder 1 - Intruder 2 - Lethal Encounter - Encounter - Duel (changed to Snake Eater Instrumental in ver 1.1) - Enclosure - The Best Is Yet To Come (piano version) - Complete Mission jingles from MGS 1998
Update 1.1: - Changed Main Menu theme to MGS2 Main Menu theme - Added Snake Eater instrumental for boss encounters.
Installation: The mod is archived loose files so either drop it to your mod manager and let it do its magic or simply drag Music folder into your Data folder.
Bugs: None, although main menu theme sometimes plays after vanilla one for me. Sometimes. Also you will notice some tracks from interiors to play outside in the wasteland. I will look into it, but first - it doesn't throw you out of immersion and secondly, it's probably just Bethesda thing.
