About this mod
Saved prior to choosing the faction for the end game. A plain, "preppy" looking blonde that I imagined of a young lawyer in Boston before the war. A bit of goodie two-shoes, she avoided crimes whenever possible. Currently at level 127 with 15 unused Perks. Used melee weapons only. Most enemies are just one hit.

Echo Lake Lumber repair was done as per this video. Coastal Cottage repair was inspired by this one. The Castle walls repair inspired by this one. Have not built Vault 88 yet. Most other settlements were also repaired where possible (walls, ceilings, etc).
Could not stomach going though with Reformation so DiMA had to face Far Harbor's "justice" and Tektus was convinced that Division from detonation was Atom's will. (an earlier save file is available if anyone really wants it to have a different outcome)
[Crimes]
One murder could not be avoided in order to complete Open Season. Killing certain synths near the end of ArcJet Systems and Switchboard count as murder so had to let Danse / Deacon handle them.
Pickpocket limited to stealing Fusion Cores only.
This character does not consider hacking or lock picking as "crimes" :-)
No robot kills registered - usually disabled using Robotics Expert then initiate self-destruct. One exception was Ahab which had to be weakened then caught near the blast of an Assultron's self-destruction.
The Disappearing Act and The Cleaner not done in order to avoid registering trespassing.
No Chems used (not even Stimpacks or Rad-X) at all. All healing done using food and purified water. Occasionally a doctor's services were used. The Glowing Sea was navigated using a Hazmat Suit.
[Legendary Weapons and Armor]
Only random drops were used - e.g. Pickman's Blade, Throatslicer or The Harvester not used. Fortunately, a Legendary Withered Feral Ghoul on the roof of Four Leaf Fishpacking Plant dropped a Penetrating Disciples Blade (around Level 34) and a Legendary Ruthless Trapper near Eagle's Cove Tannery dropped a Furious Ripper (around Level 105). Being a stealthy VATS melee only character, a fast or very fast weapon is ideal - most encounters are one-shot with 12x sneak critical multiplier with a weapon that has approx 400 - 500 damage. The furious ripper may be more suitable where sneaking is not possible but due to the high AP costs it is not practical when large number of enemies are swarming.
With That No-Caps Rage (+2 END at < 1000 caps), 11 Endurance, Solar Powered (+2 END during daylight hours) and some Fortifying armor (and Sea Captain's Hat and Green Shirt and Combat Boots), END can be +21 even with Encumbered penalty of END -2. At this point this character can run without worrying about carry capacity at all.
There is a chest at Hangman's Alley that holds all the acquired legendary items. Nuka World related legendary items are at Fizztop Grille and Far Harbor related ones are at Longfellow's Cabin workshop and Visitors Center display cabinets. NOTE: sometimes the weapons in the display cabinets "fall" through and end up on the floor. For this reason the Bloodletter was removed from one of the cabinets (L127 savefile).
[Provisioners and Guards]
Most provisioners are equipped with Heavy Combat Armor, some type of clothing with Ballistic Weave Mk V, Mining Helmet with red tactical headlamp and Boosted Fiery Improved Automatic Plasma Rifles. A few near Sanctuary only wear Postman Uniform and Postman Hat.
All the settlement guards wear armored Minuteman Uniform (Ballistic Weave Mk V) and Militia Hat.
[Save scumming]
Smiling Larry was recruited via save scumming (near Cambridge Polymer Labs). Was lucky with all others.
Sometimes Big Leagues result in unintended kills - in this case reverted to an earlier save from sleeping.
Defending certain settlements often result in CTD. Usually Murkwater Construction Site, Sunshine Tidings Co-Op and sometimes Croup Manor / Outpost Zimonja. Keeping a savefile is an unfortunate necessity for these quests.
