About this mod

A basement addition to my Underground Hideout player home mod. This is a fairly large cave that is a complete settlement. You can access it from the Underground Hideout elevator, two trap doors added in the UH, or from the Commonwealth. This is a fully featured settlement , linked workshop, recruit able settlers, and you can dismiss followers here.

"Welcome to the Underground Hideout!"

A basement addition to my Underground Hideout player home mod. This is a fairly large cave that is a complete settlement. You can access it from the Underground Hideout elevator, or two trap doors added in the Hideout and Armory. This is a full featured settlement , linked workshop,
recruit able settlers, and you can dismiss followers here.
I have also added a custom terminal with customization options and you can spawn enemies and play tower defense!!!
Dead body cleanup script included! Trust me, you will need it!


This is a basement addition to the Underground Hideout




Overall Features:

- A beautifully designed single choke point where you can spawn enemies for settlement attacks as well as normal settlement attacks.
- Workshop storage is linked with the Underground Hideout Misc - Junk (Auto) Container and all workbenches in both cells.
- A custom buildable terminal (one already built initially) for all your settlement options where you want it.
- A giant empty cave to build the interior settlement of your dreams (Workshop is an exterior type settlement with full build access)
- Fully navmeshed and follower friendly. You can recruit settlers, connect supply lines and dismiss followers here.
- A small lake with a waterfall for your settlement water source.
- Animated elevator to the upstairs Underground Hideout cell. As well as two other hidden access points to the UH cell.
- Commonwealth load door is located just south of the Wildwood Cemetery (map marker is initially visible)
- Normal settlement attacks are disabled by default, If you want normal attacks as well as custom attacks, install the settlement attack patch.
- Map marker fast travel landing spawns inside the interior settlement by default.
- SKE patch available
- Huge build limit
- Power Box beside workshop that provides 500 power
- Beware of those that roam the cave initially...



There are no special instructions for this mod. Install as you would any other mod, most records in this mod are unique and I was very cautious not to overwrite any vanilla records so this should play nice with other mods.

If you choose the SKE version you will require:


V 1.5 - Initial upload.

V 1.6 - Fixed Workshop Container link. It is now linked to the settlement workshop container where you built the elevator.
Fixed issue with UH Basement location & encounter zone.
Solved issue with dismissed followers not making it to the UH Basement.
Edited scripts for basement elevator to include carry weight modifier and solved long fast travel time issue.
Elevator camera view options in H.E.I.D.I. carried over to the UH Basement.
Solved issue with animated door panel initially flipping around weirdly.
Updated Pregenerated mesh / Vis data from the V1.6 Underground Hideout cell.
