This Should just affect only a small Group of people, don't happen all the time, and is just a small shift from 0,2-0,5sec after all.
If you experience lags or audio and video are slightly shifted, it's because one of them loaded faster.
I've tried my best to fix this with compacting, but it can vary on pc hardware from user.
