Made a new player home for my character and thought I could share.
The home isn't very spacious, it features a small living space, a bedroom and a bathroom. It comes completely unfurnished so you can do whatever your heart desires with it. The walls are all the same color but you can use SnappyKit's wallpapers to fix that, they will snap right onto the walls, as will doors to the doorframes. You can also send your companions here since it functions as a full settlement and is navmeshed. Activate the workshop by hovering over the toolbox by the entrance door. I also included a fusebox but you have to add a connector in order for your lights to work.
The outside view is a LOD, you don't have to worry about lag or whatever. The sky changes dynamically according to whatever weather is active in your game at the moment. I noticed the sun alignment isn't correct when you're indoors but I don't really know how to fix that since I placed a north marker correctly. You get a beautiful view of sunsets through the living room window though so hey maybe it's not so bad.
I also included a map marker so you can fast travel to the apartment. It counts as already discovered, for convenience.
