Improved Melee Weapons

Features:
- All the melee weapons have recieved more realistic damage, weight and monetary values.
- What are you?! An Idiot Sandwich.
- Overall Weight of Weapons has been reduced, bringing it closer to their real counter parts
- Base damage has been increased to avoid fatigue in the sole survivors arms
- I really miss being happy
