I made this for myself because I wanted to see some of those classic armors in game, and not just in the canned Creation Club quest. All it does is change the outfit records of NPCs to give them Fallout 3 outfits from the Creation Club. Adds a little bit of variety and Capital Wasteland flair to your Commonwealth. I have added the outfits to around 45 named NPCs thus far.
The Capital Wasteland Mercenaries Creation Club item is naturally required for this mod to work.
If you have any mods that edit the same outfit or NPC records you will need to patch them together. If you choose not to patch them, simply place the mod whose changes you want to take over lower in the load order and the other will be overwritten.
