About this mod
A patch that carefully rebalances the stats of the Hunting Revolver (and Ranger Sequoia) and makes it feel like it was originally part of the game. Bug fixes.

This is part of a bigger effort to *immersively bring more gun diversity into the Commonwealth* and enrich the experience that Bethesda planned for this game. Check my profile for more.
This was made with the Far Harbor Version in mind. It will probably not work for the vanilla version. It also needs Nuka World now because it uses some stuff from that to fix a bug (See NOTES)
LOAD ORDER after HandmadeRevolver.esp
LEVELED LIST
Using Dank's Leveled List Injector, I placed the weapon in most places where .44 Revolver spawns but 2 levels later
New change that does not follow the .44 revolver example - Added to Minutemen leveled lists because I really think it fits their aesthetic. The most basic version with standard modifications will show up within their hands starting with level 21
STATS
Balanced Damage, DPS, weight, value, AP cost to make it perform similarly to Western Revolver but a bit better. DPS sits above .44 Revolver and Western Revolver (but not by far - and is balanced by cylinder bullet count and other things), making it the most powerful revolver in the game, considering it's gigantic and fires .45-70 ammo. And considering you hit your targets.
CRAFTING
WEAPON MODIFICATIONS
Stat modifiers from receivers, magazines etc rebalanced to resemble the same values as the 44 modifications
Modifications will have spawn levels similar to the modifications from 44 revolver but a bunch of levels later
(For example, .44 revolver will start spawning with HARDENED RECEIVER at level 27. Hunting Revolver will start spawning with the same modification at level 29.
Mod collections were already created by TheRizzler - this allows the weapon spawn with random modifications every time, everywhere
CRAFTING COMPONENTS
Added different crafting components to weapon modifications that lacked them/adjusted them to make sense with the corresponding modification
NOTES
Fixed bug where NPCs fire shots are silent. These sounds are literally non existent in the mod (this was missed by the original author) so I made it use the Western revolver NPC firing sound because vanilla NPC pistol sounds aren't nearly as beefy as they should be for this gun. Because of this, Nuka World is a requirement for this patch. Yes, silenced sounds included.
Overall the weapon was already pretty solid but in my opinion it just generally needed some leveled list polishing and damage reduction.
Ranger Sequoia is unique, doesn't show up in leveled lists and remains in the same place. The DPS balance and everything else still applies except Sequoia is like 10% stronger and faster than the normal Hunting Revolver.
ANY OTHER PROBLEMS?
3rd Person PA Anims: Broken but barely noticeable unless you look closely and if you will ever see a power armored enemy spawning and firing this gun at you. This is an issue with the original mod. I don't know how to fix 3d stuff yet.
Perks: works with semi auto pistol perk
Haven't noticed anything else. Let me know if I missed something. I may or may not be able to fix it.
Also if anyone is wondering, it's perfectly fine to overwrite Dank_GunLLinject.psc and Dank_GunLLinject.pex if you have other mods that use those files. They are the script that does the leveled list injection and it's the same exact script that has to be included in every mod to make sure you have those files in your directory.
