Makes windmill wings bigger, increases rotational speed, and adds a single floor snapping point to windmill power generators, so that windmills look somewhat more believable, and can be snapped a little bit more easy. Bethesda seems keen on developing out of the norm wing sized windmills. A habit existent since the days of Oblivion.
