The Queen Bitch herself. Spyke is the character I made when I didn't give a shit about people and their problems anymore. Short fuse, no patience and a hunger for caps and power.
Headcanon:
Best used with Start me up's raider background. You take control of Spyke just as she's leaving her gang for greener pastures. You hear about some vault that might have shit for you to start to build your empire. When you find some dead chick and what you assume to be her pogo stick, you learn about some kid that's been taken. There's got to be a reward for telling someone. Hell, if you find the kid first then you can ransom it or sell it in to slavery. Win win. After that, it's up to you. Reformed hero, or tyrannical dictator.
